KARNELL ACQUIRES ETON SYSTEMS

Karnell has acquired the majority of the shares in TMAS member Eton Systems AB. The seller is Eton Innovation AB.

“With Karnell as the new majority owner, I feel confident that the company, which has been owned by my family since the start in 1967, will be further developed in a good way.” says Tintin Jonasson, Eton Innovation representative, who remains an owner in Eton Systems.

“Eton Systems is in a position to grow with the market for conveyor systems thanks to the products’ good reputation in the market, great customer value and a strong market presence.” says Hans Karlander, co-owner of Karnell.
