TMAS member company ACG Kinna Automatic acquires Styrteknik Europe. With over 40 years of experience, Styrteknik is known to be a world-leader in developing and manufacturing industrial sewing machines and automatic systems for sewing circles and cross seams on cushions, mattresses, pads, and other filled materials and products.

ACG Kinna Automatic AB has acquired 100% of Styrteknik Europe AB. Styrteknik Europe AB is a Sweden-based company that offers and sells industrial sewing machines and automatic systems for sewing circles and cross seams in cushions, mattresses, pads and other filled materials and products.
